Executed At 14: George Stinney’s Birthday Reminds Us That The Death Penalty Must Abolish

George Junius Stinney Jr., the 14-year-old Black boy who died as the youngest person ever executed in the United States in the 20th century, would have been 83-years-old this Sunday.

Instead, his birthday will serve as a haunting reminder of why the death penalty needs to be abolished.

When two White girls, 11-year-old Betty June Binnicker and 8-year-old Mary Emma Thames, went missing in Alcolu, S.C., on March 22, 1944, after riding in to town on their bicycles, Stinney was arrested the following day for allegedly murdering them.

The girls had allegedly passed Stinney’s home, where they asked him where they could find a particular kind of flower. Once the girls did not return home, hundreds of volunteers looked for them until their bodies were found the next morning in a ditch.

Because Stinney joined the search team and shared with another volunteer that he had spoken to the girls before they disappeared, he was arrested for their murders.

Judge to Usher — Stepson’s Death Will NOT Delay Custody Battle

The judge in the Usher/Tameka Raymond child custody case has refused to postpone the trial because Tameka’s son died — ruling the trial will resume as scheduled later this month.

As TMZ first reported, Usher wanted to have a court date moved back because he was worried that with the recent passing of Tameka’s son … the court hearing would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for himself, Tameka, and their two minor children.

But Tameka argued Usher was just posturing for the press and his concern was “bogus.” She claimed in court papers Usher “visited Kile in the hospital only once” during his 15 days on life support.

A judge in Fulton County, GA has now ruled, saying the case will go on as planned and Usher will once again take the stand.

The trial will resume on Aug. 13 and is only expected to last a few more days.

News:Walmart shoplifter who stole clothes and body wash’ dies while being restrained by security

Jose Marcos Picazo called his father on Friday and told him he was going shopping at Walmart and made plans to meet with him for lunch the next day.

A few hours later, he was dead.

According to officials, 41-year-old Picazo, of Azusa, California, died while trying to fight off security workers at the Covina Walmart after being accused of shoplifting from the store.

The man’s mother, Rosa Picazo, said she does not understand what happened since her son had money and did not need to steal anything.

‘It doesn’t make any sense,’ she said.

According to sheriff’s investigators, Picazo tried to leave the Covina store without paying for clothes, body wash and other items in his shopping cart.

As two loss prevention workers detained Picazo for petty theft, he began to fight with them, said Lieutenant Holly Francisco, of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Jaybraylon Bayles Dies After Allegedly Being Held In Boiling Pot

Some people just shouldn’t have kids.

Little Jabraylon Bayles lost his life after a five week battle after being boiled.

Yes, I said boiled.

The 16-month old baby was believed to have been placed and immersed in a scolding pot of hot water by his mother’s boyfriend.

Baby Jabraylon was burnt so bad that surgeons had to remove part of his stomach.

Carlnelus Delaney Simmons, a convicted killer released 3 years ago, has been held for the crime without bail and charged with felony child abuse.

A Dallas, Texas coroner ruled the cause of death was murder although Simmons, fresh off a 15 year bid, claims it was an accident.

Jabraylon suffered severe burns to his legs, feet, hands and buttocks.

Investigators believe the boy was deliberately held in the boiling water.

Jabraylon’s mother, Jasmine Thompson, stated,

“The police told me that it looked like he was dipped in water … and the doctors told me the same.  I’m still searching for the truth.”

Simmons told police the baby ran into him while he was holding a pot of boiling water.  After hearing the baby scream and seeing the skin peel, he called for help.

According to The Daily Mail,

Jabraylon spent over a month in hospital with third degree burns and doctors removed 60 % of his intestines in one operation. His body swelled up so much he was unrecognizable to his family and his kidneys also failed.

Baby Jabraylon died this weekend from infections caused by the massive skin loss.

Simmons has now been charged with child abuse and drugs charges after cocaine and PCP were found in the house.

He had been jailed in 1994 after killing a man during a fight outside a South Dallas bar. He was released in late 2007.

Two years later, Dallas police arrested Simmons on a charge of dealing PCP after he told them he’d been selling vials for $15 each.

When police searched the home he shared with Thompson they found 95 vials of the drug PCP.

Thompson, whose other son now in the care of social workers, said she knew Simmons was a drug dealer. But she said he had not talked about his past as a killer.

Police said she was not at home when her son was fatally injured.

Now this case/story is really bothering me why? Well because she is 15 years old, now I have a photo to photo of the 15 year old missing girl poster & her myspace photo. You will see the side by side photo of her below, on the left is the missing poster photo and on the right is her myspace photo. She says she’s a pornstar and not 15 years old, could be true could be a look a like. Now the way she talks on her myspace and twitter page makes me think otherwise. Now I am not sure why there has not been any investigation on this case. There also has been speculations that she tried to commit suicide, so not sure of that either. I wish someone could clear this whole thing up but not heard a word so far. The videos of her doing porn has not been removed from the internet why if this is a 15 year old girl the media and the police need to be all over this. Well let’s hope we all can find the truth about this.

After A Year Since Michael Jackson’s Death His Kids Are Still Trying To Cope… Read On

As we all know it’s been a year since Michael Jackson untimely death, and as fans we can’t figure out why he left us so soon. But the story doesn’t stop their Michael Jackson kids are having it tough and finding it hard to cope without there father.    

As we can see we all have lost someone who was dear to us, and has found it hard to cope to our daily lives without them. These kids are still living there life isolated and now on top of  that grieving more so then all of us for there father Michael Jackson. We can’t feel there pain but we sure can see it. So let’s remember the King Of Pop as if he was here with us today. Let’s also keep his children in our prayers because those kids mean so much to Michael as Michael meant so much to us.
