Ready for the Tyler Perry and Oprah film “Precious”

I so can’t wait to this film comes out I think me and my mother-n-law is going to see it in theaters. Also loved “I can do bad all by myself” real good movie. The cast was wonderful would love to see more of Mary J Blige in a Tyler Perry film though I know Mary can act. Well “Precious ” will be out soon Nov. 6th to be exact so please go see this movie. This is a Lee Dainels film he also did “Monster’s Ball”, “The Woodsman” and also worked on Under The Cherry Moon and my movie “Purple Rain”. So I know this is gonna be a hit possible an Oscar.

Oprah Winfrey’s Ex: “We Used to Smoke Rocks a Few Times a Week” True!

This story has gotten to be so juicy, as more become to be revealed. This is what Oprah ex had to say:

“Oprah made a “rock” of cocaine and baking soda in the tube and heated it, a method known as freebasing. “[Oprah] then put the lit torch on the rock, inhaled and held the smoke in her lungs for a long time. When she finally exhaled, she began to shake violently as she put the pipe down, she had trouble catching her breath and her eyes got big as saucers.” We smoked at least a couple of times a week. Sometimes we would smoke up until her limo was waiting to take her to the studio to perform her show…” Randolph Cook’s relationship with Oprah was in 1985.

Then this is what Ophrah said on her show on an episode in 1995:

“In my 20’s, I’d done this drug and I know exactly what you are talking about.” She said the drug use occurred while she was an anchorwoman on a television news show. “It’s my life’s great big secret. It was such a secret because–I realize (with) the public person I have become–if the story ever were revealed, the tabloids would exploit it and what a big issue it would be.” She went on to explain, “But I was involved with a man in my 20s who introduced me to the same drug that you’ve been talking about and, like Patrice, I always felt that the drug itself is not the problem but that I was addicted to the man.” She admitted: “I can’t think of anything I wouldn’t have done for that man.”

Oprah’s Show Headed to Her OWN Network

I thought oxygen was Oprah network,but I guess not.

Oprah Winfrey is expanding her media empire and launching her own television network. Discovery Communications, which is partnering with Winfrey in the OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) cable channel starting next year with distribution in 70 million U.S. homes, announced yesterday “The Oprah Winfrey Show” will cease to air via syndication on ABC by September 2011.

“The expectation is that after that, her show will go off of ABC in syndication and she will come to OWN,” Discovery CEO David Zaslav said on the company’s first earnings call as a public company. “We’re talking now about what the presence will be and what kind of programming she would be involved in directly. But this is her Chapter 2, and building the OWN brand online and on-air is . . . a core mission for her.”

Zaslav said Winfrey now is “very involved with us and focusing on what the channel is going to be, as well as developing Oprah.com.”

The move is a blow both to CBS-TV Distribution, which syndicates the show, as well as to ABC, which airs it, reports the NY Post. But Oprah’s company, Harpo, said in a statement that although her production contract is up in 2011, “she has not made a final decision as to whether she will continue her show in syndication beyond that.”

IT APPEARS THAT JENNIFER HUDSON IS STAYING WITH OPRAH THREW THIS TRYING TIME IN HER LIFE, BUT THERE IS SOME FAMILY ISSUES WITH HER SISTER. JENNIFER AND HER SISTER JULIA APPEARS TO NOT BE GETTING A LONG. THIS IS WHAT OK MAGAZINE HAD REPORTED:

“Jennifer and Julia do not seem to be getting along,” a family insider tells OK!. Jennifer had always been cautious in dealing with her sister’s ex-husband, William Balfour, 27, who is considered a “person of interest” by authorities.

Meanwhile Julia is wresting with guilt. “If William is responsible for the slayings, it is because of his relationship with Julia,” the family insider says.

And Julia suspects the true depth of her pain is going unacknowledged. “She probably feels the spotlight has been on Jennifer’s struggle, completely overshadowed by the fact that she lost a son,” a family friend tells OK!

I HOPE THE TWO SISTERS CAN OVER PASS THIS AND STICK TOGETHER.
