The Game and Tia Mowry Replacement..

So far The Game has let us down this 6th season for all of us protesting and signing petitions to keep it going. So now our two favorite cast members are leaving to do other things and that’s fine…so now they have to find replacements for Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall. So far the others cast members are staying, really loving Jason and Brandy’s together…. so they are the it couple. Now they are in talks to replace Tia charter Melody “Med School” with Lauren London…

[Lauren London] — whose credits also include Single Ladies and Madea’s Big Happy Family – will play Kiera, a former child star who is currently appearing in a Cosby Show-esque sitcom. Producers are also on the lookout for an actor to play an all-star running back. Both roles are intended to fill the void left by departing cast members Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall (aka Melanie and Derwin). Back for the new season are Wendy Raquel Robinson, Coby Bell, Hosea Chanchez, Brandy Norwood and Barry A. Floyd.

well she can act so we shall see… Not sure who will replace Pooch “Ding Dong Davis” character…we shall find out…stay tuned…

Now there is rumor that Brittany Daniels is getting more money then the rest of the cast mates. Well here is the scoop, Brittany supposed to have turn down a job to continue to work on the show The Game. They are saying that BET wants to compensate Brittany for turning down the job. Well as I hear the cast is not happy about this at all, so here is the salary break down.

Tia Mowry (as Melanie Barnett) – $50K per episode
Pooch Hall (as Derwin Davis) – $40K per episode
Coby Bell (as Jason Pitts) – $35K per episode
Wendy Raquel Robinson (as Tasha Mack) – $35K per episode
Hosea Chanchez (as Malik Wright) – $35K per episode
Brittany Daniel (as Kelly Pitts) – $75K per episode

Well hot damn BET you guys are adding fuel to the fire and I predict this is the last season of The Game. I am just saying BET is already starting off on the wrong foot. So we will see the tension on this show as well outside of the show. So good luck with that as I stated before The Game airs 1/11/11.

Miss Meagan Good was spotted straddling actor Hosea Chanchez in a bathroom recently.  No juicy gossip here as the two were in the midst of filming an episode for “The Game”. The new season is scheduled to air in January 2011 on BET.

“The Game” Cast Shows Off First Looks From Set Of New Season

Fans were pretty upset when BET’s ‘The Game’ stopped production. But now the show is set for a January 2011 return as the cast and crew are currently shooting new episodes.  We’ve got a few pics from set that some of the cast has been Twitpic’ing when you read on…

BET has confirmed that ‘The Game’ is slated for a January 11, 2011 premiere. The cast has already begun shooting the new season in Atlanta and took a couple of photos from the set.

EXCLUSIVE! The TV Show “The Game” is set to return on Bet deal has been made, but the whole cast may not return.

I  just learned that a deal has been made and that BET has signed on to begin producing new episodes  of the series The Game.
According to sources it’s now just a matter of negotiating with the cast. Word is that at least some of the old cast will be retuning,  but some sources says that It’s not clear (and not EXPECTED) that the entire cast will return. This story is developing…….

The Game Cast has sign back on for New Episodes of The Game on BET

2009-10-20_21182009-10-20_212012009-10-20_2120The whole cast of former CW sitcom The Game were spotted on a first class flight to Atlanta to begin taping new episodes of the popular sitcom and word is… The cast is not to happy about that.

With the filming moving to Atlanta, one of the main worries is that BET won’t be able to afford the show’s extensive budget. This is probably where that Viacom money is going to kick in. Article Courtesy of Bossips
