A Florida woman who was set on fire in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven earlier this week was charged hundreds of dollars to cover the cost to police for towing her car from the scene, WPBF News reported.

Naomie Breton, 34, is recovering from her injuries after the father of her son, Roosevelt Mondesir, allegedly doused her with gasoline and set her ablaze Monday night.

She came away from the horrific attack with second- and third-degree burns. Mondesir, 52, is being held without bond on an attempted first-degree murder charge.

Now Zuccala’s Towing is telling Breton that she has to pay $340 in fees for her own car, as well as $363 and a $25 late fee for the car of her alleged attacker — because Mondesir’s car is still registered under her name.

“I think it’s a disgrace,” Breton told the television station Thursday. “It’s not like I had a choice of where my car went to. I was on fire.”

Police towed the car as the mother of three was rushed being rushed to the hospital Monday, according to WPTV.

The owner of the towing company told WPTV that Breton is responsible for the costs under Florida law, but that they’ll try to negotiate a solution with her on the cost of the second car.

A Woman Beats The Crap Out Her Boyfriend because He Won’t Married Her…… All because she didn’t want to be deported

Naplenews| An East Naples woman is accused of choking her boyfriend after he refused to marry her so she wouldn’t be deported.

Nikoleta Karoly, 24, of the 2400 block of River Reach Drive, was arrested Saturday by Collier County sheriff’s deputies at home.

According to an arrest report, Karoly’s immigration visa expired last week and she was trying to get her boyfriend of two months to marry her so that she can get a new visa. Reports did not list Karoly’s country of origin.

Her boyfriend told deputies he was hesitant to marry her because she had become increasingly violent toward him. He also told deputies that three weeks ago they were arguing over the visa and it resulted in her punching him, according to reports.

Deputies said Saturday, when Karoly’s boyfriend refused to marry her, she became violent and attempted to choke and scratch him. Karoly’s boyfriend also told deputies she had slapped him so hard that it caused his ear to ring to the point he thought he was going deaf.

According to reports, Karoly had recently started threatening her boyfriend that she would stab him with a kitchen knife if he did not marry her.

When deputies asked Karoly about it, she told them that she had hit and scratched her boyfriend while they were making love because it makes it better.

Karoly was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

When most of us lose our luggage, we get mad, maybe throw a temper tantrum and ask the airline in question for help. Not Danielle Covarrubias. First she paid $25 to check her bag on American Airlines. Then they lost it and refused to refund her $25. In turn, she is suing them for $5 million, according to ABC News.

Covarrubias filed a class action lawsuit in her native Pierce County, Washington against the airline when they lost her luggage on a Seattle-Grand Rapids, Mich. flight. It’s the first lawsuit since American started charging for bags in 2008 (it was also the first major carrier to impose checked baggage fees).

“It just goes to show you how enraged people are by the lack of common-sense regulation in the airline industry,” George Hobica, an aviation expert and creator of airfarewatchdog.com, told ABC News. “It doesn’t make any sense at all that somebody should charge for a service and then screw up and not give you your money back.”

Covarrubias waited for the next flight to arrive but her bag–with more than $800 of her possessions–wasn’t on it, according to court papers. She spent more than $300 on new clothing and toiletries and then waited another 24 hours for news from the airline. “In her last conversation with American Airlines … she was told nothing could be done,” the lawsuit said. The airline refused her demand for a refund of the baggage fee.

An American Airlines spokesman said the carrier was reviewing the lawsuit and offered no immediate comment.

That video in which the drunk driver of a Chevy Impala flew outta Dallas-Fort Worth Airport the wrong way was David Magaña, DFW’s manager of public affairs. And he confirmed it: The driver was arrested for drunk driving.

But according to the official narrative, Villasana told officers that she “had been rear-ended as she was approaching the Toll Plaza which caused her vehicle to strike the Toll Booth Protector Barricade, launch into the air, land on the roadway and catch on fire.” The reporting sergeant says Villasana tried to get back into her car after it caught fire.

Villasana said, why, no she wasn’t drunk at all, officer: She “stated she had one cranberry and vodka last night.” At which point she was given the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus Test, a breathalyzer test and arrested for driving while intoxicated. She was eventually transported to Parkland, where doctors treated her for a broken wrist, and released pending medical treatment.

CCTV footage made available yesterday shows the moment a Northern Territory mother is alleged to have thrown her baby onto a concrete footpath.

The footage from the Palmerston bus exchange shows a woman dropping her 10-month-old baby on the ground after her partner left on a bus without her, the Northern Territory News reports.

The video then shows the woman tussling with another man over the child.

The woman – who cannot be named to protect the identity of the baby – pleaded not guilty to recklessly endangering serious harm to the child in Darwin Magistrates Court on Friday.

It is alleged she was drunk and had been arguing with her partner when she threw the baby.

In a police interview played to the court, she said she was “wild” with her partner and wanted to go home when she “dropped” the baby.

She was arrested a short time later.

The woman’s hearing will continue in June.

Michelle Riley Shot, Tortured and Enslaved Mentally Disabled Pregnant Mom for Months

Dorothy Dixon was a 29-year-old mother with another child on the way. She was also mentally disabled with the mind of a child, which made her Social Security checks rather attractive to Michelle Riley. So Riley invited Dixon into her Alton, Illinois home, only to make her the house slave…

She would soon be the subject of unspeakable cruelty. Over months, the residents of the household — including another woman, three kids ages 17-20, and a 12-year-old — used Dixon to play out their most sadistic fantasies.

She was beaten with a plunger and burned with a hot glue gun. Police say Riley routinely kept boiling water on hand to scald Dixon, pouring water so hot it peeled back her skin. They used her for target practice with a BB pistol. And they burned all her clothes so she was forced to walk around naked.

They also banished her to the basement to sleep on a mattress with a thin rug. And they did it all while she was five months pregnant.

Why they tortured her is beyond imagination. But Riley, described as the ring leader, kept Dixon around so she could cash her Social Security checks. When Dixon finally died, she was found in the basement wearing only a sweater.

An autopsy showed signs of severe torture. One-third of her body was covered in burns and she was severely dehydrated. Her teeth were knocked out and skin had grown over embedded BBs.

The 12-year-old has already been found guilty in juvenile court to second-degree murder. He was sentenced to just 60 days detention and five years of probation.

But last week, Riley, 37, pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to 45 years. Under the plea, her 17-year-old daughter, LeShelle McBride, will be allowed to plead to second-degree murder and face sentencing of 6-20 years.

Still awaiting trial are Judy Woods, 45, Benny Wilson, 18, and Michael Elliott, 20.

Detroit police arrested and voluntarily tested 24-year-old Jackie Braxton aka the infamous “Trashwoman” who claimed she’d spread HIV/AIDS, syphillis and herpes to over 500 sexual partners in this viral video. The woman who caused a stir on the Internet this week with a video in which she says she has infected more than 500 people with HIV told The Detroit News today that she does not have the virus.

“I don’t have AIDS,” Jackie Braxton, 23, said in an interview. “I made the tape because I wanted to raise awareness about AIDS.”

Police picked up Braxton at a college she attends downtown and immediately took her to the city’s health department to be tested for the virus that causes AIDS. The test results are confidential, but Braxton said she does not have HIV.

Braxton said she feels “bad” about making the video that has spread panic among Metro Detroiters and others around the country. But, she said she felt her tape served its purpose when she went to the city’s health department this morning and saw people waiting to get tested for AIDS.

Braxton, who uses the stage name “Fame” and has a 5-year-old daughter, admitted she made the videotape to market her own porn site, which she says she operates with her husband.

Braxton also told The Detroit News she makes porn videos with her husband.

Police do not know yet if criminal charges can be levied against Braxton because they don’t know if she has broken any laws. Failure to disclose to a sex partner that you have HIV/AIDS is a felony.

“We are 100-percent positive it was a hoax,” said Deputy Chief James Tolbert.
