March 25th in Miami for my birthday me and my boyfriend J*** was arguing with alot of personal issues.

Around 2:35pm that day we went to the gas station by the hotel. I was already not in the mood and I was crying already because he hit me at the hotel.

My cell phone goes off and he hurry up and took my phone away from me. He [then] get’s a gun from the backseat [and] pointed it at my stomach and told me If I try to leave Miami without him he would kill me!

I Got tired and i didn’t care about the gun and i jumped on him and started hitting him. He punched me and push[ed] me back on the seat he pushed my head to window. [Then] he put his hands around my neck and started choking me.

I look over and from the corner of my eye and seen a guy pointing at the car – it was two guys. [The] next thing I remember is my car door open and somebody snatched me out! I was shocked to find out this guy was Spectacular from Pretty Ricky and they road manager he was a real big guy.

J***, which is my boyfriend, pointed the gun at them and Spectalular said “Shoot me! be a man. But J**** put the gun down and started crying and said ” I love her we going thru personal issues and they need to leave.[But Spectacular said “Hell naw.”

The rest of the group ran over [and] J**** got of the car. Spectacular told me to go stand in the store while they handle him. The cashier called the police because he said he seen everything going on. I was crying and praying because I could have died!

J**** was arrested and I went with the officer because I needed to get back home. Pretty ricky said they was on they way to the airport. I thank them so much because they was angels coming to save me! I thank god he sent them at the right time of my life because I don’t know what would have happen!

They came at a time I was about to die and god sent me HELP! I’m thankful. my family is happy they were there to help. I really didn’t listen to their music but I thank them so much and It made me become a fan of them for being so humble and helping me and Spectacular for putting his life at risk.

I’m still here and I thank God #1 and I thank them. please make a blog of this because no matter what they Deserve credit where credits due. I respect them for that and also the cashier for calling the police!

Sources say she is doing fine, but dude got out of jail to return because he was trespassing at her Atlanta home.

SMH WHY!3 Year old killed in a carjacking in Houston…..

The Houston Police Department is intensifying its efforts to identify the person or persons that killed a three-year-old girl on Sunday afternoon and injured her one-year-old brother.

Investigators believe two men were trying to steal the car belonging to young Charissa Powell’s father. On Monday, homicide detectives said they are getting tips but need more to be able to develop suspects. They went back to the apartment complex where the shooting took place armed with a plea for help.

Investigators distributed flyers and attached them to apartment unit doors at the Live Oak Bend Apartments on Greens Parkway. The flyers have a picture of Powell dressed in pink beneath the words, “Who Killed Charissa Powell?”

“It’s still hurtful. I have three kids myself and felt it could have been my three kids,” said Angel Hood, a neighbor.

Police say the killer was after the family car, a Pontiac Grand Prix with custom rims. Shortly after 1:00 p.m., the victim’s father told police he, his wife and two children were about to leave the complex when a man demanded the keys.

Investigators say the father initially thought it was a prank, but as the father tried to get his children out of the car, one suspect shot out the back window hitting the three-year-old girl in the chest. Her baby brother was wounded by bullet fragments and is expected to be all right.

Powell’s is not the first death to be connected to a ‘tricked-out ride.’ In December, Sashe Gray was also killed over rims that she had nothing to do with.

“She just happened to be in a car in between someone who wanted the rims and someone who had the rims,” said Amy Smith from Crime Stoppers of Houston.

Information submitted to Crime Stoppers resulted in an arrest in that case. Since January, HPD has counted 125 carjackings. The biggest hurdle that investigators face in solving them is getting witnesses to come forward.

“I mean people are scared if they say something they’re going to be the next person it happens to, so a lot of people ain’t going to talk about it,” said John Davis, a resident of the apartment complex where Powell lived.

Neighbors hope the image of an innocent three-year-old girl will inspire those with information to pick up the phone and help police piece together a crime this community will not soon forget.

The shooter and accomplice were seen leaving the complex in two older-model cars. One is described as a Buick LeSabre, possibly blue, silver or white in color. The other is said to be a Burgundy Ford Taurus.

Another stupid person wants to assassinate the president and guess what he’s black. Well unfortunately he’s a hot head read the interview he was given, and see the tweets.

Here’s another Twitter user helping to keep the Secret Service busy with his own death threats. According to his Facebook page, Jay Martin graduated from Vatterott College last year with an IT degree and currently resides in Federal Way, WA. His About Me Page says: “Socially aware, Deep thinker, Artistic, Hip Hop Aficionado, free thinker, Funny Guy.” Oh, and he really, seriously, honestly, wants to kill President Barack Obama.

GAWKER: Why were you tweeting death threats against Obama tonight?
MARTIN: Eh.. I have no excuse for that. I don’t really wish death on him or anyone else
I was just being irrational and speaking on raw emotion But there’s no EXCUSE..I did it.. and yea.
GAWKER: So when you said you were “dead serious” about wanting Obama dead what did you mean? Were you joking?
MARTIN: No.. I wasn’t joking. Thats not something you joke about. Again.. I was highly upset and speaking out of anger. I did not mean what I said though.
GAWKER: What about the legal aspect?
MARTIN: As far as the FBI? I don’t really care about them. I said what I said.. And if they take action then so be it.
GAWKER: Were you aware of how serious what you were doing could be? You’re not worried at all about the fact that you could be facing jail time?
MARTIN: No I am Not. And I did not think about consequences. Again..I was speaking out of anger and acted irrationally. Had I been in a rational mind set.. I would not have said it
GAWKER: so do you regret saying it?
JAY: Yes. But not because he’s the president.. and not because Of possible jail time. As I said . I don’t wish death on anyone. So yes. I regret threatening another person to that extreme… If I could take it back. I would. But i can’t. So I’m willing to face whatever comes next.
GAWKER: So you were speaking out of anger. What prompted your anger I’m guessing the health care vote?
JAY: Yes. And my beliefs on it from what I have researched.
GAWKER: Would you consider yourself a Conservative?
JAY: I’m not political. I don’t believe our Government has its citizen’s best interest in mind whether Democrat or Republican.
GAWKER: OK, so that’s why you’re against the health care bill.
JAY: Basically yes.

Conservative calls for assasination of President Barack Obama on Twitter….. read on

Self-described conservative blogger Solomon “Solly” Forell posted a tweet that included a call for assassination, as well as this line: “We’ll surely get over a bullet 2 Barack Obama’s head!” He goes on and on with his little rants after that view the tweets below:

That tag he added? #TCOT? It stands for “top conservatives on Twitter.”

According to his Google profile, Forell is the author of a blog titled Barack Obama Was An American Electorate Mistake, which centers around Forell’s disappointment in Obama’s presidency. This disappointment spills over into Forell’s other blogs, including Anybody But Barack Obama 2012, and The Audacity of Hype, which both touch upon Forrell’s disgust with the “cult” of Obama, “a man who has done little with his life, but has written about his achievements as ifhe had found the cure for cancer in between winning a marathon and building a nuclear reactor with his teeth.”

Forell may think he’s protected by the First Amendment when it comes to his tweets, but the law begs to differ, specifically 18 USC Sec. 871:

Whoever knowingly and willfully deposits for conveyance in the mail or for a delivery from any post office or by any letter carrier any letter, paper, writing, print, missive, or document containing any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States, the President-elect, the Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President of the United States, or the Vice President-elect, or knowingly and willfully otherwise makes any such threat against the President, President-elect, Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President, or Vice President-elect, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

You’ll note however, that there’s nothing specified about electronic threats. Perhaps that’s why, as of now, Forell’s Twitter account does not appear to be suspended; the tweet threatening the President’s life was posted roughly six hours ago and has not yet been removed.

Update: While Forell hasn’t removed the offensive tweets, he has posted an apologetic P.S.:

Twitter said that they removed the profile but Solly Forell was still up and running. Also they say that the Secret Service is investigating this matter.Secret Service spokesperson Max Milien stating: “We are aware of the actual posting and are actively investigating.”

One of three men convicted of killing Malcolm X 45 years ago was granted release from weekends in prison in his 17th appearance before a state parole board.

Thomas Hagan, 69, appeared before a parole panel March 3 and was granted release effective April 28, state Division of Parole spokeswoman Carole Weaver said Friday.

Until then, he’ll remain at the Lincoln Correctional Facility in New York City, where he has been locked up two days a week for 22 years. The other five days, he’s been allowed to work and live with his family.

Linda Foglia, spokeswoman for the Department of Corrections, said the agency doesn’t release information on where work-release inmates are employed or where they live. While they’re out of the prison, inmates are subject to unannounced workplace and home visits by a parole officer.

Hagan was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison in April 1966 on a first-degree murder charge for shooting the civil rights activist with a .45-caliber pistol at the Audubon Ballroom in Manhattan in 1965.

VIRUS ALERT! FACEBOOK USERS Do NOT…. Open Password Reset Email From Facebook Support. Fake and Contains Virus.

There’s an email going round asking Facebook users to reset their password. The email is a fake and contains a virus, do not open or follow any of its instructions.

Facebook is reportedly in the process of letting its users know, but be sure to let anyone you know be aware of the email.

The message says the following:

The message appears to come from Facebook Support with help@facebook.com as the email address.

If you use a web based email client, you shouldn’t be too concerned with the viral part of this but if you download your email, it’s worth virus checking your computer to be safe. The attachment contains a password stealer that can potentially access any username and password combination used on the computer, not just the login credentials for Facebook reports CNet.

Man on the downlow arrested intentionally exposing others to HIV

A HIV-positive man police say has been knowingly exposing, and possibly infecting, others since 1996 in now in custody.

Quacy L. Francis, 36, of the 8000 block of Fairfield Avenue, was arrested this morning on a warrant in relation to one instance of HIV exposure, according to police reports

Police received information about Francis spreading HIV while investigating an unrelated case. The current victims are female and male.

Investigators also are looking for others who may have been intentionally exposed to the HIV virus by Francis without their knowledge.

The Police Department knows of six aliases Francis has used. They include: Quacy Frances, Lekelvin Francis, Quacie Francis, Terry Johnson, Dion Scott and Eric Scott.

Anyone who believes they or someone they know was exposed by Francis to the HIV virus by Francis is asked to contact Shreveport police detectives by calling (318) 673-6955.

Francis is being held on a $1 million bond.
