Evelyn Lozada has few words for Chad Johnson after his arrest for allegedly head-butting her — first, stop blaming me … and second, get help for your problems, now.

Evelyn tells TMZ, “I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me.” As TMZ first reported … Chad told police that it was Evelyn who actually head-butted him during their blowout argument dispute Saturday night.

Chad was arrested and booked for domestic battery.

Evelyn also says … “It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well.

NBA Player Matt Barnes — Cop Lurked for Two Hours Before Arrest

The police officer who arrested ex-LA Lakers star Matt Barnes waited in an alley for 2 hours … waited for Barnes to exit a restaurant, and then charged the b-baller with felony resisting arrest — even though Barnes never got physically violent … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Barnes had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear on a ticket for driving on a suspended license. Sources say Barnes had gone to the DMV, gotten his license reinstated, and mistakenly believed he no longer had to go to court to clear the ticket.

Now here’s where it gets strange. Our law enforcement sources say the arresting officer KNEW Barnes had an outstanding warrant as he watched the NBA forward and his baby mama park their car in a lot Monday night — and walk a block-and-a-half to MB Post, a popular restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA — yet the cop did not approach the hoopster. Instead the officer waited in an alley near the car.

Witnesses say 15 minutes later, Barnes walked back to the vehicle in plain view of the cop. According to witnesses … Barnes got something from the car and returned to the restaurant. Again, the officer watched but did nothing.

Nearly 2 hours later, Barnes and his chick left the restaurant and he signed autographs and posed for pictures as they walked to the car — as they approached the vehicle the cop pounced and told Barnes he was under arrest, but didn’t say why.

We’re told Barnes already had one hand behind his back as he attempted to hand his gf the keys with his other hand so she could drive home. Sources say the cop grabbed the hand with the keys and the Lakers champ pulled away. The cop then immediately informed Barnes he would be charged with resisting arrest.

A police official for the dept. initially claimed the basis for the resisting arrest charge was a verbal threat allegedly made by Barnes, but we’ve learned the charge will be based on Barnes pulling his hand away.

Law enforcement sources say Barnes was NOT intoxicated at the time of his arrest.

It’s unclear why the officer chose to wait 2 hours before busting Barnes.

Woman body was found under a hotel bed frame for 2 months

Mother of five was found dead; after her body was discovered stuffed in a hotel room bed frame, where she and her children were staying.

Sony Millbrook was staying at a Budget Lodge in Mason, Tennessee with her boyfriend and children’s father LaKeith Moody at the time of her reported disappearance.

Millbrook’s family reported her missing when she did not show up to pick up her children from school on January 27th.

“On that day, the hotel locked the room out because of lack of payment,” Major Joe Scott with the Memphis Police Department said.

The next day, the hotel staff put her belongings in storage and housekeeping cleaned the room.

For two months, Millbrook’s body was under a bed in room 222 at the Budget Lodge on East Brooks Road and it was reported that a total of five guests stayed in the room before the body was found.

“Hotel staff reported to management there’s something wrong in this room,” said Scott, but it was obviously ignored.

At the time of Millbrook’s disappearance, Moody was under order of protection to stay away from her.

Police state that after Millbrook’s disappearance, Moody also was missing for a few week until he was arrested driving the missing mother’s car.

“He had recently gotten out of jail and was staying with her at the Budget Lodge,” Scott said.

After the arrest, police interrogated Moody and arrested him on an unrelated warrant of a convicted felon in possession of a gun.  At this point, Moody is only a person of interest in the case, but one of the last people to see Millbrook.

He is currently in jail in Mason, Tennessee.
