TMZ EXCLUSIVE- Spike Lee needs to relax … so says “Chappelle’s Show” star Donnell Rawlings, who tells TMZ, the n-word-filled “Django Unchained” is a fun movie with a happy ending … and THAT’S IT.

Rawlings was out in L.A. last night when he came to Quentin Tarantino‘s defense — blasting Spike Lee for his criticism of Quentin’s usage of the n-word in the film (110 times to be exact) … which Spike called disrespectful to his ancestors.

Donnell said, “Spike Lee, I know you been talking a lot of sh*t. You don’t like nobody’s movies. You don’t like Tyler Perry movies. You don’t like Quentin movies. I don’t even think you like YOUR movies.”

Donnell added, “If you don’t understand, Quentin’s movie is a Quentin movie. It’s not a real story … It’s only a damn movie.”

By the way, Donnell’s favorite part of the movie? “NO SLAVE VOICE!” You gotta see his explanation … pretty damn funny.

TMZ EXCLUSIVE: Nas Sued for $10 Million Over Kidnapping Ordeal

The concert promoter who says he was taken hostage at gunpoint and held for ransom — all because Nas was a no-show for a gig — is now suing the rapper for $10 MILLION.

As TMZ first reported, Patrick Allocco says he was kidnapped

in December 2011 in Angola because Nas failed to show up for a New Year’s Eve concert after taking a $300,000 pay day.

Allocco says he was held as ransom by Angolan promoters and their “henchmen” because they wanted their cash back. He was finally released in February 2012.

According to a new federal lawsuit filed Friday, Allocco wants the rapper to pay for what happened to him. Specifically, he claims he was was held captive for 50 days — during which time he says he was beaten and threatened constantly.

Allocoo is suing Nas for $10 million, claiming he suffered psychologically, physically and financially. He claims that while stuck in Angola, he was unable to business … and as a result lost his home and his company.

We reached out to Nas, but so far no word back.

TMZ EXCLUSIVE: Javaris Crittenton — Ex-NBA Star Accused of ATTACKING Baby Mama

Javaris Crittenton — ex-NBA star and accused murderer — is now being accused of slapping his baby mama in the face while she was breastfeeding their 1-day-old child … TMZ has learned.

Crittenton has temporarily been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Tyress Daniels and their newborn son … after she filed court docs outlining a pattern of domestic violence.

In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Daniels claims JC attacked her on three separate occasions. The first incident allegedly took place when she was pregnant and he roughed her up in a hotel room.

According to Daniels, the 2nd incident occurred at a hospital on Nov. 1 — less than 24 hours after she gave birth to their son.

Daniels claims, “I was breastfeeding the baby and we got into an argument over what the baby would wear for pictures. Javaris hit me in the face while I was breastfeeding because he said I had a smart mouth.”

Daniels claims Javaris tried to grab the baby and leave … but hospital security rushed in and stopped him. He was eventually kicked out of the room.

According to the docs, Daniels claims JC got rough with her a 3rd time on Nov. 26 … scratching her face and busting her lip. She also claims Javaris later sent her a text message saying she would end up like her “dead mother” and he will have the child.

After Daniels filed the docs, a judge awarded temporary custody of the kid to Daniels — and set a hearing for next month … when the judge will decide if the restraining order will become more permanent.

It’s another major legal fight for the 24-year-old former Washington Wizards player … who’s facing a murder charge for the shooting death of a 22-year-old woman in 2011. Javaris has denied any wrongdoing in the murder case.

Lindsay Lohan Has Been Arrested – Allegedly Fled Accident Scene

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident early this morning after allegedly clipping a pedestrian in downtown Manhattan … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay was pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when — at a very low speed — she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something year old guy. That was around shortly after midnight.

UPDATE: Lindsay is telling friends she had no idea she hit anybody and it wasn’t until she came out and got arrested that she knew anything was going on.

Will.i.am — Somebody STOLE My Expensive, Custom Car!!!

Will.i.am believes someone JACKED his futuristic, ultra-customized super car while he was inside an L.A. nightclub last night … and he’s PISSED!!!!

It all went down when Will was in Bardot nightclub — Will claims he left the car with the valet … but when he went to retrieve the ride at the end of the night, nobody would give it back to him.

Will tried to explain the situation … “I gave my car to the valet people …and then I came out here and the valet is closed.”

“Instead of flipping out, because I should flip out because the car cost several hundred thousand dollars … I’m trying to stay calm.”

Will eventually got in a waiting black SUV and left the scene … but it doesn’t seem like he ever got the car back … ’cause a little while later he tweeted, “My car was stolen…what the f*ck.”

He added, “I’m going to be optimistic and pray that my car is returned and safe.”

We spoke to the LAPD who told us no stolen vehicle report was filed by Will.i.am

and they never got a call to that area reporting a stolen car.

We called Will for comment, but no luck … then again, he might not be awake yet

MJ Estate Seeks to Pay for Janet Jackson’s Condo

The Michael Jackson Estate wants to pay for a portion of Janet Jackson‘s mortgage on her posh Las Vegas condo … TMZ has learned.

The Estate filed documents asking the Probate judge to foot a portion of the bill on Janet’s mortgage.  Sources tell us … Katherine Jackson has spent time at the condo and the Estate is willing to pay a pro rata share of the mortgage based on how much Katherine uses Janet’s Vegas crib.

A hearing is pending on the Estate’s request, which was filed before the whole Arizona thing.

Two interesting things.

— Thing 1.  Given that Janet has become an arch enemy of the Estate, it’s kind of a smart move to co-opt her by partially footing the bill.

— Thing 2.  This all may amount to nothing, because we’re told Katherine isn’t speaking to Janet, so it’s unlikely she’ll be sleeping in Janet’s bed anytime soon.

O.J. Simpson’s GF — I’m Shopping a Sex Tape

OJ Simpson‘s ex-GF was stabbed repeatedly …. with a penis … and now she’s shopping the footage around to porn companies … TMZ has learned.

The woman at the center of the action is Christie Prody … who who dated OJ for 13 years before he went to prison.

Prody has contacted multiple porn companies, including Vivid Entertainment, in the hopes of selling a homemade sex tape … but before you get too fired up … no, her co-star is not The Juice.

We’re told the male featured in the video was Prody’s rebound guy following her split with OJ.

No word on if he used a glove.

Flesh-N-Bone — My Missing Daughter is Back Home, Safe & Sound

Flesh-N-Bone‘s 15-year-old daughter — who was reported missing two weeks ago — has finally been recovered, TMZ has learned.

The Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper tells TMZ … his teenage daughter was tracked down by a family member and safely returned to their Big Bear home today.

He tells us, “I am very grateful that she is back home and okay.”

It’s still unclear where his daughter has been for the last two weeks … but the rapper tells us, it’s been a long and emotional day of speaking to her and trying to figure out what happened.

TMZ broke the story … Flesh’s family reported the 15-year-old missing when she failed to return home following a work shift at Taco Bell … at the time police believed she was last seen with a 23-year-old male Alberto Silva Sanchez.

It’s still unclear if he was involved in her disappearance.

LL Cool J Comps Expensive Dinner … FOR TOTAL STRANGERS!!!

LL Cool J is the nicest, most generous man in the universe — at least if you ask 5 random women who ate at Mr. Chow’s in L.A. last night … because the rapper spontaneously decided to PAY for their entire dinner … and it wasn’t cheap.

We spoke to the women outside the expensive Beverly Hills restaurant — and no, they weren’t actresses or supermodels … they were just 5 normal women out for a nice (and pricey) dinner.

According to them, Uncle L was eating at a table next to them, and they hit it off almost immediately — even posing for a photo with the rapper inside.

But LL decided to take his awesomeness one step further — because when the ladies finally asked their server for the check, they discovered LL had secretly covered the giant tab on their behalf.

Our ladies wouldn’t say how much the check was — but five people eating at Mr. Chow’s can get real expensive, real fast.

Young Buck — Rapper Checks into Prison

Young Buck is back in prison … TMZ has learned the former G-Unit rapper has officially begun his 18-month sentence for gun possession.

Sources connected to the rapper tell us … moments ago, Buck checked into Yazoo City Medium Security Federal Prison in Southern Mississippi.

As we previously reported, federal agents recovered multiple guns in Buck’s home during a 2010 raid. At the time, he was prohibited from possessing any sort of firearm because he was already a convicted felon.
