Pepsi Co’s Gatorade said Friday that it has ended its business relationship with Tiger Woods.

“We no longer see a role for Tiger in our marketing efforts,” a Gatorade spokesman said. He added the company’s partnership with the Tiger Woods Foundation will continue.

PepsiCo’s (PEP, Fortune 500) Gatorade is the third major brand to drop its sponsorship of Woods.

The announcement comes after months of allegations of extramarital scandal, which has played out in the public eye. On Nov. 25, The National Enquirer reported that golf pro Woods had been dating New York nightclub hostess Rachel Uchitel. Woods is married to Elin Nordegren, and the couple has two children.

Man slept with 100 women knowing that he had full blown AIDS…. see video

GREENWOOD, IN – UPDATE: Greenwood Police arrested 47 year-old Tony Perkins Friday for two counts of witholding information. Police asaid Perkins slept with multiple women without telling them he has AIDS. Perkins was arrested at his apartment Friday afternoon and taken to Greenwood Police headquarters where he confessed he had slept with at least eleven women without disclosing to them he had full blown AIDS.

“He’s not a man, he’s a monster,” said one woman who Perkins slept with .

“He told me he had AIDS,” said Perkins ex-girlfriend who turned him in.

“He doesn’t care about anyone but himself he’s an addict, a sex addict.”

Police think Perkins was infected more than six years ago. In fact, Indiana health department officials warned Perkins not to have unprotected sex with women knowing he was contagious with the HIV virus. According to the probable cause report exclusively obtained by Fox59, Perkins wanted to exact revenge on the woman who gave him HIV.

It’s unclear who he contracted it from but reports are he possibly got it from a prostitute or an ex-girlfriend. According to Perkins ex-girlfriend, Perkins said he felt any woman who slept with him on the first few dates deserved to get HIV from him. He told another alleged victim he was allergic to latex, and couldn’t wear a condom.

The victim told Fox59 she believed him and had unprotected sex. The two female victims Fox59 exclusively spoke to say, so far, they’ve tested negative for HIV.

Fox59 tried to talk to Tony Perkins but he didn’t have much to say as Greenwood Police took him in handcuffs and placed him in the wagon to go to the Johnson County Jail outside Franklin.

“I didn’t do anything wrong,” said Perkins as he got into the van. “I was just trying to find a woman to be in my life.”

Police believe that’s a lie. His former lovers say he picked up women on the internet singles site plentyoffish.com. His ex girlfriend said his m.o. was to invite women to his Greenwood apartment and tell them they could drink wine and get high.

Lingerie Model runs one of the largest drug gangs…. read more

An international arrest warrant has been issued for the 30-year-old, who is suspected of recruiting beautiful women and using them to move drugs to Europe and North America.

Many of these women are believed to be other lingerie and glamour models who compete in international beauty pageants, whom Valencia describes as “unsuspicious, beautiful angels”.

She is thought to be on the run somewhere in either Mexico or Argentina. Her drug syndicate was exposed in December last year after a 21-year-old blew the whistle after being caught with 55kg of cocaine at Buenos Aires airport.

Investigators believe the beauty pageant winner quit modelling and left her native Colombia for Argentina to set up the empire last year.

They tried to trace her via her Pomeranian lapdog but found it registered to a disused warehouse. Her drug runners were paid £1,300 to board flights from Colombia to Cancun, Mexico, with bags of cocaine every 24 hours, according to The Sun.

The drugs were then trafficked to Europe. Valencia was crowned Columbia’s “Queen of Coffee” in 2000 and is said to have split from a Mexican drug baron nicknamed The Monster to rival his empire.

You could be breaking the law everytime you use you IPod… read why

Copying your favourite CD on to  your iPod has become a routine part of modern life for music lovers.

But millions of consumers are unaware they are breaking the law every time they transfer an album or a DVD to their MP3 player or home computer – despite having purchased both legitimately.

Now, the threat of prosecution could be lifted after a customer body called for copyright laws to be updated for the technological age.

Just 15 per cent of people are aware that it is illegal to copy music they have purchased to an iPod for their own use, while 38 per cent admit to doing so, according to research conducted by watchdog Consumer Focus.

Almost three-quarters – 73 per cent – of people are not aware of what entertainment they are legally allowed to copy.

Fewer than one in five (17per cent ) know it is against the law to copy a CD or DVD they have bought on to a computer for their own use.

Under existing laws, which date from the days of vinyl, millions of consumers are technically breaking the law everyday.

In reality, the music, film and television industries have not prosecuted those involved.

However, with more people carrying MP3 players, smart phones and media players, such as Apple‘s iTouch, they may do so in future.

Consumer Focus says the law should now be changed to remove the threat of prosecution.

Lady Gaga threw a photoshoot for a U.K. magazine into disarray after bursting into tears and storming off set, according to a new report. The outrageous “Poker Face” singer sparked concern for her wellbeing after a bizarre scene in which she lashed out at a Q Magazine photographer during the shoot at London’s May Fair Hotel.

Gaga told staff she hated the provocative photos, in which she posed topless in a pair of spiked trousers, before sobbing and threatening to walk out unless her boyfriend was allowed to photograph her. She reportedly told onlookers, “I’m just not in a good place right now.”

A source tells Britain’s Daily Mirror, “The magazine wasn’t going to stand for that so they told her people where to go. Her behavior was weird.” Gaga is in Britain for her revamped Monster Ball tour, which was hit with a series of setbacks, including missing costumes and technical mishaps, when it kicked off on Thursday.

Two Children traded for two cockatoo and $175

Donna Greenwell met Paul and Brandy Romero after the couple put up fliers offering to sell their cockatoo for $1,500. It seems Greenwell badly wanted the exotic bird, but didn’t have the money. So she offered to trade two children for it…

The Romeros, as it turns out, thought a 4-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy was a pretty good deal for a bird. They agreed to kick in an extra $175 and a pact was reached. But the accord would soon see troubles.

The children, fortunately, weren’t Greenwell’s. They’d been left with her by their parents for reasons unknown. But regardless of mom and dad’s parental interest, they probably thought trading their kids for a damned bird wasn’t a very sweet proposition.

The Romeros confessed to the transaction and agreed to rat out Greenwell, a plea that eased them into 5-year suspended sentences each.

The 52-year-old Greenwell, from Pitkin, Louisiana, was sentenced to 15 months of hard labor.
